Should you have created an application profile on a social media platform to initiate business contacts, such as Xing, LinkedIn, Stepstone or Karriere.at or we receive your contact from our business environment as a recommendation based on your interests, we are entitled to process the personal data you have published on these platforms for the purpose of contacting you, if your profile meets our candidate requirements. We are entitled to do this out of the overriding interest resulting from the use of such social media platforms. We can only use the data categories that you have published, such as contact data and uploaded CVs.

The purpose of making contact is to store and file your contact in our system in order to start an application process in the future. By sending us your data, we assume that you agree to this kind of processing. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to .

1.b Application process

Once we add your profile to our system as requested, your information on your suitability, such as qualifications, skills and work experience, will be used in a first step to assess whether your profile meets the required qualifications for the vacant position(s). If we consider you to be a suitable candidate for our recommendation, we will pass on your data to our customer so that our client can take a closer look at our recommendation. There is no automated evaluation of your data.

The purpose of the application procedure is to initiate a contract with the candidate. Based on your decision to contact us, we assume you consent to the processing of your data or we will request your express consent in the course of the application process. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to .

We will keep your application documents in the TODAY Experts Talent Pool based on your request and the consent given to us. This way, you authorize us to keep your data on record beyond the six-month storage period and we can consider you for application processes for vacant posts on a continuous basis. We will inform you via email or a personal phone call about job offers that would be suitable for you.

The purpose of the TODAY Experts Talent Pool is to keep your application data on record and, thus, the possibility to consider you for a suitable post. The legal basis for this is the consent given to us by you in the declaration of consent. However, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to .

In all other cases of contact, the data you submitted will be filed and processed in our system. We will use this data exclusively to answer your requests. Should we contact you based on published contact data, such as your company website, social media platforms or other such media, we will do this out of overriding interest.

The purpose of the processing is to collect information, process applications or other information, such as about the TODAY Experts GmbH service range, based on your consent when you contact us.

3. Website-related processing

3.a Website

As an applicant, you will be granted access to our HR system HR4YOU and your personal data set on request via an interface on our website. There, you can administrate and update your data yourself or even delete it, if you should wish to do so. A data log with your status and login times will be recorded.

The purpose of the processing is to enable the transparent handling of your data, based on your consent.

Processing requires a data transfer to HR4YOU AG (Ulbarger Straße 52, 26629 Großefehn/Timmel, Germany), which provides this service.

Keeping a record of the data log is required for processing, otherwise the user account cannot be created.

4. Your rights
