Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI engineer to join a strategic initiative focused on the evolution of the platform, a document and process management solution. The goal is to build a small, highly effective engineering unit where two AI Engineers, supported by AI agents, take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle.

Understand and take ownership of the architecture of the existing system
Design and establish the Product's Agentic Environment to enable AI-assisted - development workflows
Complete the development of the current product platform
Design and implement new features and capabilities
Ensuring production readiness, including:
preparation of production environments,
bug fixing and stabilization,
support for the first customer migration,
operational readiness and release activities
Utilize AI agents throughout the development process to maximize efficiency and delivery capacity

Elvárások

Strong software architecture capabilities
Hands-on full-stack engineering experience
Practical experience working with AI coding agents and agentic development environments
A product ownership mentality and a bias toward execution
The ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-autonomy setup
Technology Landscape
Existing platform focused on document and process management

Modern software engineering practices, including automated testing and CI/CD
