Business Analyst
Responsibilities: You support the entire software lifecycle – from idea to deployment You coordinate requirements directly and proactively with customers You prioritize and translate customer requirements for our agile software development You proactively gather all necessary information with skill and initiative You prepare requirements appropriately for the software developers You respond to technical and/or business changes and initiate the necessary adjustments and enhancements You document all required information thoroughly in the systems You are the first to test new features and handle complaints in 2nd level support

- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Good SQL knowledge
- Interest in both business and technical topics (e.g., database design and process workflows)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently in a methodical and structured manner
Elvárások
- Experience in software testing and error analysis
- Previous experience in the banking sector
